FUN AND LEARNING
Christina and her team provide all of the flowers, tools, supplies, all of the learning, and all of the fun.
Some of your guests will dive-in and take the instruction very seriously, while others will have a glass of wine and enjoy interacting with the other guests. Christina has taught thousands of students in all different settings, so she will know your audience and their needs.
The cost of the class includes the take-home floral arrangement, so no matter the level of the lesson; every guest is going home with a beautiful arrangement with the best quality flowers available. In fact, Christina's agreements with international suppliers allows her to source exotic flowers not readily available in your local flower shop.
Each lesson is carefully constructed to include a unique combination of hard-to-find flowers from all parts of the world. The class and the flowers are truly international, and you will be able to appreciate them for several days afterwards in your own home.
I'M CHRISTINA.
As an award-winning Master Florist and Educator, I now find myself most happy teaching! I pride myself on being able to meet students wherever they are in their floral journey and elevate them to where they want to be. As a perpetual student of floral design, I learn so much from my students as well. I can look at your design and get glimpses of your personality. I am always delighted when my students are given the same tools, botanicals, yet each of the designs are different. I get to see my students signature style.
After traveling the world for my accreditations, and being in many facets of the floral industry over the last 30 years, I find that here in the U.S. we have an event-based relationship with flowers, abroad, I find there is more of an everyday relationship with flowers. My goal is to bridge that relationship where flowers become valued in an everyday setting.
I love how flowers are EVOCATIVE. I love that when I smell lilacs, I am transported right back into the garden with my mom. Or, if I have extra flowers, gifting them to someone who may not expect flowers-their reaction is priceless. Their face lights up, a smile comes, and for that moment, they are seen.
Yes, flowers are Ephemeral. They don't last forever. I think that is the beauty of flowers. They are precious, they keep us present, and they keep us connected. There is something so innately human of something born between two hands, and cherished. As a florist, I dirty my hands to celebrate LIFE.
"This class was so much fun. Christina is an expert, but she is also patient and fun and sweet. Every girl in the class had a great time!"

"I have been to three of Christina's classes and I go home with a beautiful arrangement every time. The wreath we made stayed on my door for the whole Christmas season."
